AKSHATA ANVAY NAIK
FOUNDER & CEO
Akshata is the force behind some of the most fascinating spaces that this studio has produced.

A passionate designer at heart, Akshata believes that one of the best ways to show that we care about our clients is to make a positive impact in their lives by creating a lasting story of their spatial experience through the award winning Architecture and Interior Design Legacy of her late husband Mr. Anvay Naik. Ever since the year 1992, she is the one who is focused on the application of new materials and is constantly exploring the relationship between the outside and inside.

All great designs have a sense of the dynamic, the transitional and the ritual.

With nearly over an astounding three decades of practice, she has completed a series of projects including large-scale commercial and residential architecture, creative spaces, corporate offices, media offices, and healthcare facilities. Akshata's work is defined by courage, resilience and optimism. She believes wholeheartedly that good design is a luxury that everyone deserves.

ADNYA ANVAY NAIK

From being inspired by the marvellous possibilities of design to creating design that inspires, Adnya has traversed a long and successful road. The story continues to be awe-inspiring as the woman writing it.

Born and raised in Mumbai, Adnya took to playing Tennis at the age of 5. Young Adnya showed a promise of making it big in the field of Tennis. From the age of 12 she started playing International Tournaments and conditioning herself to become a professional. By the time she turned 14, she became Asia's No. 1 Singles Junior Tennis Player. At the age of 14, in her debut ITF tournament, she clinched her maiden Singles Under-18 Juniors title, thereby creating history in Indian Tennis.

No sooner than 2008, she was a part of International Tennis Federation Junior Tennis circuit. She participated in the most prestigious Junior Tennis tournaments like the Wimbledon, the Australian Open, the China Open, the Junior Fed-Cup, the Junior Asia-Oceana Cup and more. Adnya left her mark as an Indian Tennis Player by being 239 in the World, a position that only a few have achieved as Indian Tennis players.

An Architect by profession, a clear thinker by habit and an inventor by choice.

Adnya is known for her ability to shape a space that is minimal and elegant while retaining its essence. She lets herself be guided by not only her style and the client's requirements but also by listening to the innate energy of space. The results have been visually dramatic spaces that are most comfortable to live and work in.

A key figure in Adnya Naik Designs Studio, Nandini is actively involved in business strategy and project development. Her research and strong network is pivotal to be competitive in an ever growing design market.

An Architect by profession, Bijal Gala leads the team of designers, visual artists and researchers. Her body of work is characterized by contextual buildings and spaces that result from a collaborative design partnership with her clients and colleagues. She is known for integrating stakeholders and community members throughout the process, shaping the design around their collective goals.

Over the span of a decade, Nikhil has played an integral role in the production and management of numerous successful projects. As a partner of Adnya Naik Designs, Nikhil has explored the aesthetic interplay of art, nature and architecture. He is most inspired by projects that blend old and new and has led numerous initiatives to cultivate connectivity both within our company, and between Adnya Naik Designs and the design community.
